2004 National Physician Survey

In 2004, approximately 60,000 physicians, specialists, residents and medical students were contacted to complete the National Physician Survey.

The 2004 results build on information that was collected separately by our professional organizations in previous years. This data reveals significant trends in various areas such as health technology and information, chronic disease management, patient care, physician compensation, and many aspects of becoming a physician, having a medical career, and the practice of medicine.

The 2004 physician data by province and by specialty as well as data on medical students and residents will be uploaded in the near future. In the meantime please contact us for assistance and we will be happy to provide the data from NPS 2004 that you require.
