Residents Anxious About Job Outlook: Survey

“ The Canadian Association of Internes and Residents (CAIR) survey of 2305 members found that more than a quarter of respondents (26%) were “somewhat not confident” or “not confident” about their employment prospects once training has been completed. Among surgical trainees, only 14% were confident about their employment prospects, while 25% were not confident.”
